Lower Fee Therapy

Virtual counselling sessions with our therapist Breanna Nandi, BSW, RSW. Lower fees are set for those who do not have coverage/insurance and are paying out of pocket. (Currently Only Virtual Across Nova Scotia)
Meet Breanna
Breanna specializes in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy and has expertise in treating borderline personality disorder, complex trauma, stress, burn out, family conflict, anxiety, depression, panic, and anger.
Breanna takes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are at and allowing you to define your version of success. Breanna uses empathy and validation to foster an inviting and warm space where growth and change occur.
